De functie inhoud Als Hulpboekhouder ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor een correcte boekhouding van het bedrijf.

Hieronder een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Aankoop- en verkoopfacturen controleren en inboeken
  • Winkelrekeningen controleren
  • Als Hulpboekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de creditnota's
  • De debiteuren- en crediteurenfacturatie
  • Je controleert de omzet van de verschillende filialen
  • Daarbovenop ga je ook de basisgegevens van het boekhouden invoeren in het systeem
  • Ad hoc administratieve taken zoals: mailbox opvolgen, postverdeling, kassa controleren..

  • Je bent in het bezit van een graduaat of bachelor uit een economische richting.
  • Een eerste werkervaring is geen verplichting, schoolverlaters komen ook in aanmerking.
  • Je werkt taken graag zorgvuldig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig af
  • Als Hulpboekhouder werk je resultaatgericht
  • Je spreekt vlot Frans en Nederlands
