Zoek jij een combinatie van logistiek werk, techniek en doorgroeimogelijkheden? Iedere medewerker start in deze afdeling als Hulpwalser. Tijdens een uitgebreide opleiding leer je de productieomgeving kennen en bouw je stap voor stap kennis op om door te groeien naar Walser (Operator).

  • Aluminiumblokken aanvoeren naar de productielijnen via heftruck of rolbrug
  • Afgewerkte aluminium platen verplaatsen
  • Afgewerkte rollen transporteren
  • Werken met grote heftrucks
  • Werken met rolbruggen
  • Operatoren ondersteunen tijdens het productieproces

Dit is geen zuivere controlekamerfunctie. Je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer en combineert techniek met fysieke werkzaamheden. Doorgroeimogelijkheid naar Walser (Operator). Na een interne opleiding groei je door naar een functie waarin je:

  • Het volledige productieproces opvolgt
  • Werkt vanuit een controlekamer
  • Productie opvolgt via camera's en schermen
  • Parameters bijstuurt
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaakt

Over het bedrijf Voor een gerenommeerd productiebedrijf actief binnen de aluminiumsector zoekt Jobmatch een Hulpwalser. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar medewerkers uitgebreid worden opgeleid en kunnen doorgroeien naar operatorfuncties.

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht
  • Veiligheid komt altijd op de eerste plaats voor jou
  • Je wil werken in een 6 dagen werkregime (3 weken vroege/late/nacht, 1 week weekendshift van 2 x 12u)
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je kan logisch redeneren
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Fysiek werk combineer je graag met procesopvolging
  • Veiligheid komt altijd op de eerste plaats voor jou
  • Op termijn wil je doorgroeien naar operator

Ervaring met heftruck, rolbrug of industriële machines is een plus, maar geen must.
