Unsere innovative Abteilung Logistics Solutions bietet unseren Kunden maßgeschneiderte Angebote für eine automatisierte Steuerung und Regulierung von Materialflüssen und Prozessen, individuelle Regal- und Shuttle- Lösungen sowie vernetzte Services und Informationen mittels Telematik.

Für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt 1 Human Resource Generalist (w/m/d) Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

* Personalverwaltung: Du erstellst diverse Personaldokumente, wie zum Beispiel Dienstverträge, Bestätigungen, Dienstzeugnisse, etc.

* Zeiterfassung: Sowohl die Zeiterfassung als auch die dazugehörigen Reisekosten liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

* HR Operations: Du betreust den gesamten HR-Operations-Bereich über den gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus.

* Arbeitsrecht: Als Spezialist_in im Arbeitsrecht stehst du unseren Mitarbeiter_innen und Führungskräften mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

* Recruiting: Du bist das Backoffice für alles rund um die Bewerbungen (Stellen schalten, Bewerbungen vorselektieren, Bewerbungsgespräche führen).

* Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung: Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der Abrechnung.

* Projekte: Du arbeitest bei diversen HR-Projekten mit und kannst auch erste Erfahrung in der Teilprojektleitung sammeln (Employer Branding, L&D, etc.).

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration, Vorbereitung Personalverrechnung und Zeiterfassung

* Erfahrung mit BMD Zeit von Vorteil

* Einfühlungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke sowie der Wunsch unsere Arbeitsweise stetig zu verbessern

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ab Niveau C1 (dem Arbeitsplatz entsprechend)

Gehalt

Für diese Position beträgt das Mindestmonatsgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis EUR 3.000,-- brutto (All-in). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation vorgesehen!
