The posting

Als human resources‑assistent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de uitvoering van administratieve taken met betrekking tot human resources en organisatiestructuren. Je staat in voor het administratief beheer en de inplaatsstelling van personeel, evenals voor het bijhouden en actualiseren van gegevens met betrekking tot personeelsbezetting en organisatiestructuur (slagorde). Je ondersteunt het human resources management bij de dagelijkse opvolging van dossiers en processen. In deze functie waak je over de correcte opvolging en toepassing van human resources‑procedures. Je kan worden ingezet voor niet‑juridische bemiddeling wanneer dit nodig is en neemt deel aan het beheer en de evaluatie van de organisatie. Daarnaast zorg je voor een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde verwerking van administratieve informatie. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding en begeleiding om je taken op een professionele en autonome manier op te nemen. Voor deze job is er geen werkervaring vereist.
