Wir suchen : 1 Human Resources Manager/in Aufgaben

Diese Herausforderungen erwarten dich bei uns:

* In der Personaladministration behältst du den Überblick, von der Anlage neuer Mitarbeitenden über die Verwaltung von Benefits bis zu Ablage relevanter Unterlagen.

* Die Prüfung der Reisekosten sowie deren korrekte Abrechnung liegt ebenfalls in deinem Aufgabenbereich.

* Du pflegst und verwaltest Personalstammdaten, Zeitdaten und Abwesenheiten in unterschiedlichen Systemen.

* Klassische HR Administrationsaufgaben wie die Erstellung von Dienstverträgen oder anderen personalrelevanten Dokumenten werden von dir erledigt.

* Du erstellst Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports für diverse Stakeholder und Anlässe.

* Du bist Ansprechperson bei administrativen HR-Themen.

Deine Persönlichkeit ist gefragt:

* Du punktest mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Personalbereich (HR Administration von Vorteil).

* Die Weiterentwicklung administrativer HR-Prozesse liegt dir am Herzen.

* Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, eine strukturierte, sorgfältige, diskrete und genaue Arbeitsweise und auf dich kann man sich verlassen.

* Es macht dir Freude, den HR-Bereich gemeinsam mit einem Team voranzutreiben und mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.

* Du bist eine aufgeschlossene und freundliche Persönlichkeit und eine hohe Serviceorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich.

* Dein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, zeichnet dich aus und du bist offen, dich in neue IT-Systeme einzuarbeiten.

Die Anstellung erfolgt über unseren Arbeitskräfteüberlasser. Diese Stelle ist für 12 Monate befristet.
