JOUW ROL Als HR Business Partner ben jij samen met jouw collega het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met HR te maken heeft op onze locatie in Bleiswijk. Vanuit deze site werken we exclusief voor onze klant Zalando. Door de sterke groei van de operatie zijn we op zoek naar een tweede HR Business Partner die samen met de huidige HRBP de organisatie verder ondersteunt en ontwikkelt. Je rapporteert aan de Area HR Manager en werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden, medewerkers en de klant. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner, sterk in relatiemanagement en weet een duidelijke HR-visie te vertalen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. In deze rol ga je o.a. aan de slag met: - Vertalen en implementeren van HR-beleid, HR-tools, processen en projecten binnen de locatie Bleiswijk; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor managers en medewerkers op het gebied van HR; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterke relatie met de Duitse klant Zalando; - Opstellen, analyseren en presenteren van HR-rapportages aan het managementteam en de klant; - Vertegenwoordigen van HR in MBR's en QBR's; - Adviseren en ondersteunen van staff-afdelingen bij instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Initiëren en begeleiden van HR-projecten en verbetertrajecten; - Ondersteunen bij case management wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt; - Intensief samenwerken met interne HR-disciplines zoals HR Services, Payroll, C&B, L&D, Recruitment en Workforce Planning. - Bijdragen aan audits en business reviews.
