Jobomschrijving

Ben jij verpleegkundige en op zoek naar een betekenisvolle job in daguren, zonder weekendwerk?

Voor een Belgische NGO in Antwerpen zoeken we een verpleegkundige die mee wil bouwen aan de zorg en begeleiding van kwetsbare migranten. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team en ondersteunt personen met complexe medische, psychosociale of psychiatrische noden op weg naar meer zelfstandigheid.

Jouw taken?

  • Individuele medische begeleiding en opvolging van cliënten
  • Uitvoeren van medische intakes en verzekeren van de continuïteit van zorg
  • Doorverwijzen naar externe zorgverleners en opvolgen van afspraken
  • Samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team en onderhouden van externe contacten
  • In deze functie ligt de focus meer op psychosociale ondersteuning en begeleiding dan op technische verpleegkundige taken

??????Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Verpleegkunde en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring
  • Ervaring met kwetsbare doelgroepen of een psychiatrische context is een plus
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Je draagt maatschappelijke betrokkenheid en humanitaire waarden hoog in het vaandel
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen
