In de regio Kortrijk kom je terecht bij een familiale onderneming die gespecialiseerd is in HVAC-, sanitaire en energiegerichte installaties. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een bredere bedrijvengroep, waardoor je de korte communicatielijnen van een familiale omgeving combineert met de stabiliteit en ondersteuning van een grotere structuur.

Binnen deze rol als HVAC Calculator krijg je een belangrijke plaats in de voorbereidingsfase van projecten. Jij analyseert technische dossiers, werkt kostprijsberekeningen uit en denkt mee over haalbare, kwalitatieve en rendabele oplossingen voor klanten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je analyseert technische dossiers, plannen en lastenboeken en vertaalt deze naar correcte en onderbouwde calculaties
  • Vanuit jouw technische kennis schat je werkuren, materialen en kosten nauwkeurig in, zodat elk project financieel en technisch sterk voorbereid wordt
  • Met oog voor detail stel je meetstaten, prijsberekeningen en offertes op die duidelijk, volledig en commercieel onderbouwd zijn
  • Daarnaast vraag je prijzen op bij leveranciers, vergelijk je voorstellen en zoek je mee naar de meest interessante technische en budgettaire oplossing
  • Samen met collega’s denk je actief mee over optimalisaties, alternatieven en uitvoeringsmethodes om elk dossier zo sterk mogelijk neer te zetten
  • Je behaalde een bachelor in klimatisering, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting met link naar HVAC
  • Daarnaast heb je al ervaring binnen HVAC, waardoor je technische dossiers, materialen en calculaties vlot kan inschatten
  • Verder werk je nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht, met een sterk technisch inzicht en oog voor kwaliteit
