Zoek jij als HVAC-technieker de variatie van klimaattechnische onderhouds- en servicewerken op locatie, gecombineerd met een eigen ingerichte servicewagen vanaf dag één én de zekerheid van een vast contract? In de regio Roeselare ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar binnen de technische project-outsourcing. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je trekt er dagelijks op uit vanuit Roeselare met je eigen camionette met tankkaart (of een flexibel mobiliteitsbudget) en professionele gereedschapskar om de HVAC-installaties bij onze klanten optimaal te laten draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

Als onderhoudstechnieker HVAC ben jij de specialist op het vlak van klimaatbeheersing bij gevarieerde bedrijven in West-Vlaanderen. Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van periodiek preventief onderhoud en het kordaat oplossen van acute storingen aan koelinstallaties, ventilatiesystemen en verwarmingsketels.

Je spoor pannes op, stelt klimaat- en sturingsparameters haarscherp af en voert grondige functietests uit om een energiezuinige en veilige werking te garanderen. Je beperkt je niet enkel tot noodinterventies, maar adviseert klanten ook proactief over duurzame verbeteringen aan hun HVAC-park. Dankzij de regelmatige afwisseling in projecten is geen week hetzelfde, waarbij je permanent kunt rekenen op persoonlijke coaching en gecertificeerde bijscholingen via onze eigen academy.

Om deze functie goed uit te voeren, ben je in het bezit van een diploma koeltechniek, HVAC of elektromechanica. Je hebt een grondige kennis van verwarming, ventilatie en airco-installaties en kunt vlot overweg met elektrische schema's en hydraulica. Een koeltechnisch certificaat (minimaal categorie I) is voor deze rol een sterke troef. Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en hebt de passie om installaties technisch te finetunen voor het beste resultaat.
