Heb jij al een eerste ervaring als HVAC-technieker en ben je klaar voor een omgeving waar je niet alleen komt werken, maar ook écht kan bijleren en groeien? Hou je van afwisseling, technische uitdagingen en verschillende werven? Dan hebben we een plek waar jouw technische ambities alle ruimte krijgen.

Onze klant is een compact en gespecialiseerd installatiebedrijf met een team van ongeveer 10 medewerkers. Vanuit een sterke technische expertise staan ze in voor de installatie, het onderhoud en de herstelling van gebouwtechnieken. De projecten bevinden zich in de ruime regio Gent tot aan de kust, waardoor je op verschillende locaties en met uiteenlopende installaties aan de slag gaat. Geen twee dagen zijn dus volledig hetzelfde.

Wat deze onderneming bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van technische knowhow en een persoonlijke aanpak. Je komt terecht in een team met zowel jonge als ervaren techniekers die elkaar vooruithelpen en hun kennis graag delen. De communicatielijnen zijn kort en wanneer je ergens tegenaan loopt, kan je snel bij je collega's terecht.

Ook jouw toekomst krijgt aandacht. Wie initiatief toont en zich verder wil specialiseren, krijgt daar de ruimte voor. Zo kan je onder andere via externe partners jouw G1-certificaat behalen.

En ja, er wordt hier hard gewerkt. Maar op vrijdag wordt de week regelmatig samen afgesloten. Want een goed team bestaat niet alleen uit goede techniekers, maar ook uit collega's die graag samenwerken.

Als HVAC-Technieker sta je in voor onderhoud, herstellingen en technische interventies bij klanten. Je krijgt voldoende zelfstandigheid om problemen zelf te analyseren en op te lossen, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je groeit stap voor stap in je rol en krijgt de kans om jouw technische kennis steeds verder uit te bouwen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een goed werkende installatie begint bij goed onderhoud! Jij voert onderhoudswerken uit aan HVAC-installaties en zorgt ervoor dat alles betrouwbaar blijft functioneren
  • Wanneer een installatie hapert, ga jij op zoek naar de oorzaak, stel je een diagnose en zorg je voor een doeltreffende herstelling
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en denkt mee over duurzame oplossingen in plaats van enkel het probleem van vandaag op te lossen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, vraagt ondersteuning wanneer nodig en deelt jouw eigen kennis om samen tot het beste resultaat te komen
  • Je registreert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen zodat iedere interventie correct wordt opgevolgd
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht of een relevante opleiding binnen HVAC, elektromechanica of gebouwtechnieken en een eerste ervaring met onderhoud of herstellingen is een mooie troef
  • Je bent leergierig, praktisch ingesteld en krijgt energie van het oplossen van technische problemen
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar voelt je minstens even goed in een klein en collegiaal team
  • Vlotte Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
