De klant is gespecialiseerd in het onderhoud, de verbetering, de herstelling en de vernieuwing van verwarmings- en koelingssystemen. Met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring hebben we een sterk netwerk en een stevige reputatie opgebouwd op de Belgische markt.

Onze activiteiten bestrijken zowel de B2C-sector (woningen, flatgebouwen) als grotere systemen, waaronder collectieve verwarmingssystemen.

Met binnenkort 12 vestigingen staan we klaar voor onze klanten en bouwen we lange termijn relaties op. We bieden de best mogelijke ondersteuning om hun comfort te verbeteren en tegelijk hun energieverbruik en milieu-impact te verminderen.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de vacature als ‘G1 technieker’ ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan verwarmingsinstallaties (voornamelijk ketels)
  • Opsporen en uitvoeren van herstellingen na onderhoud
  • Demonteren en monteren van onderdelen van HVAC-installaties
  • Elektrisch aansluiten van CV-ketels
  • Werken aan hydraulische kringen
  • Opstellen en laten ondertekenen van servicerapporten
  • Correct opvolgen van wettelijk verplichte administratie
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Dagelijks uitvoeren van gemiddeld 5 à 6 interventies
  • Correct registreren van gebruikt materiaal
  • Maandelijks deelnemen aan toolboxmeetings

Je vertrekt om 8u bij je eerste klant en rond 16u30 zit je werkdag er meestal op.

  • In het bezit van een geldig G1-attest (vereist)
  • Mazoutattest (Cedicol) is een plus
  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Rijbewijs B (handgeschakeld)
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands of Frans
