Onze klant is uitgegroeid tot één van de belangrijkste spelers ter wereld op gebied van diepvries aardappelproducten voor private labels.

Als Hygiëne Manager Globaal ben je verantwoordelijk voor de hygiëne, netheid en voedselveiligheid in hun verschillende productiesites. Je past strike hygiënevoorschriften toe en controleert deze om veilige en kwalitatief goede producten te garanderen. Je bent onderdeel van het Global Quality Team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Global Quality Manager.

Jouw brede waaier aan taken en verantwoordelijkheden, bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Ontwikkel en controleer reinigingsprocedures en protocollen, inclusief geplande reinigingen tijdens technische stops.
  • Implementeer preventieve maatregelen en controlestrategieën om risico's te minimaliseren en een veilige productieomgeving te waarborgen.
  • Houd de effectiviteit van reinigingsprocessen op alle productielocaties nauwlettend in de gaten, en evalueer deze regelmatig.
  • Ontwikkel hygiënetrainingen gericht op best practices en naleving van voorschriften, om ervoor te zorgen dat het personeel goed op de hoogte is van de laatste hygiënestandaarden.
  • Bepaal de meest geschikte reinigingsmethodes voor verschillende situaties en blijf op de hoogte van nieuwe trends en technologieën in de industrie.
  • Voer grondige onderzoeken en oorzaakanalyses uit om herhaling van hygiëne-incidenten te voorkomen. Je voert hierbij ook geregeld veiligheidsrondes uit in de interne schoonmaaksector.
  • Zorg ervoor dat we voldoen aan IFS- en BRC- kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen om producten van hoge kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de inkoopprocedure en het beheer van (nieuwe) chemische producten die op locaties worden gebruikt en onderhouden van relaties met leveranciers van chemicaliën en schoonmaakproducten.
  • Bepaal het algemeen ongediertebestrijdingsplan en het werkkledijproces (verzamelen, wassen, retourneren) voor de groep, en onderhandel over prijzen met de servicebedrijven die we gebruiken.
  • Bewaak de ISO 45001 norm, en ondersteun/bewaak audits.
  • Opzet van voedselveiligheidsprojecten na implementatie van IFS, BRC en ISO 45001 norm.
  • Leiding geven aan de hygiëne verantwoordelijken in elke productiesite, alsook aansturen van projectgroepen die zich richten op hygiëne en microbiologie, om ervoor te zorgen dat alle hygiëne-initiatieven effectief worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma in voeding, microbiologie, chemie of een gelijkaardige studie.
  • Je kan terugkijken op een ruime ervaring (min. 5 jaar) binnen kwaliteit, specifiek in de voedingsindustrie, gecombineerd met een leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van voedselveiligheidsnormen, kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en voedselvoorschriften.
  • Je bent in staat om in teamverband te werken in een continue productieomgeving.
  • Certificering in voedselveiligheid (bv. HACCP, BRC) is een pluspunt.
  • Communicatief sterk in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ook 45-plussers worden aangemoedigd om zich kandidaat te stellen.
