Wil jij je ontwikkelen tot een brede financieel adviseur en tegelijkertijd bouwen aan langdurige klantrelaties? In deze veelzijdige functie krijg je de ruimte om je kennis verder uit te breiden, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en uiteindelijk zelfstandig een eigen cliëntenportefeuille te beheren. Relevante werkervaring binnen de financiële dienstverlening is vereist

Als Hypotheekadviseur bouw je stap voor stap een eigen cliëntenportefeuille op binnen een gespecialiseerde doelgroep van zelfstandig professionals en ondernemers. Je wordt hun vaste aanspreekpunt voor financiële vraagstukken en onderhoudt actief contact om goed te begrijpen wat er speelt en waar je van toegevoegde waarde kunt zijn. Heb je nog geen ervaring met deze specifieke doelgroep? Geen probleem. Je krijgt alle ruimte om je hierin te verdiepen en je kennis verder te ontwikkelen. In je eerste periode werk je nauw samen met ervaren adviseurs. Je maakt kennis met de doelgroep, de specifieke financiële vraagstukken en de werkwijze van de organisatie. Gaandeweg krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en groei je toe naar een zelfstandige rol waarin je jouw eigen relaties adviseert en begeleidt. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je combineert inhoudelijk financieel advies met relatiebeheer en commerciële activiteiten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: *Geven van deskundig hypotheekadvies; *Adviseren over en afsluiten van passende verzekeringen, waaronder arbeidsongeschiktheids- en overlijdensrisicoverzekeringen; *Opbouwen, onderhouden en uitbreiden van je eigen cliëntenportefeuille; *Onderhouden van regelmatig contact met bestaande relaties en actief inspelen op hun financiële behoeften; *Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze vertalen naar passende oplossingen; *Begeleiden van startende ondernemers bij hun financiële vraagstukken; *Meewerken aan lezingen, bijeenkomsten, beurzen en congressen; *Samenwerken met collega-s uit verschillende disciplines om klanten zo breed mogelijk te adviseren *Je start met een goede interne begeleiding en werkt nauw samen met ervaren adviseurs.
