Jij bent gedurende het hele hypotheektraject het vaste aanspreekpunt. Je brengt de persoonlijke en financiële situatie van klanten in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een passend hypotheekadvies. Geen klant is hetzelfde, waardoor je echt met maatwerk bezig bent. Je denkt mee over mogelijkheden, geeft duidelijk advies en zorgt ervoor dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar schakelt veel met een vaste collega van de binnendienst die ondersteunt bij de administratieve verwerking van jouw dossiers. Binnen deze rol houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Inventariseren van de wensen, doelen en financiële mogelijkheden van klanten; - Adviseren over hypotheken en bijbehorende verzekeringen; - Begeleiden van klanten van het eerste gesprek tot het afronden van het hypotheektraject; - Samenwerken met de binnendienst om dossiers soepel en zorgvuldig af te handelen; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en verder uitbouwen van je klantenbestand; - Bijhouden van ontwikkelingen en veranderingen binnen de hypotheekmarkt; - Zorgvuldig vastleggen van adviezen en klantdossiers.
