Zet jouw kennis in en maak dagelijks impact! Jouw werk Als Security & IAM Specialist ben jij de operationele kracht binnen ons securityteam. Je beheert het Identity- en Accesslandschap binnen onze Microsoft Entra ID-omgeving, bent één van de eerste aanspreekpunten bij security-incidenten, en levert een bijdrage aan onze interne en externe audits. Je combineert hands-on werk met meedenken over hoe we onze security-aanpak structureel verbeteren. Een groot deel van jouw rol draait om Identity & Access Management binnen Microsoft Entra ID. Je beoordeelt autorisatieaanvragen, voert access reviews uit, beheert rollen en groepen, en bewaakt de hygiëne rond accounts, licenties en privileged access. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij audits op basis van ISO 27001, AVG en PCI DSS: je verzamelt bewijslast, voert controles uit en helpt bevindingen omzetten naar concrete verbeteracties. Bij security-incidenten kom jij in actie. Je analyseert meldingen, bepaalt de impact, coördineert mitigatie en zorgt dat lessen worden vastgelegd en doorgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Security, Operations en Applications, en stemt af met leveranciers en hotels. Waar identity, security en incident response samenkomen, sta jij centraal In deze rol ben je het operationele aanspreekpunt voor securityvraagstukken vanuit hotels, collega's en leveranciers. Je beoordeelt risico's, adviseert over passende maatregelen en zorgt dat afspraken daadwerkelijk worden nageleefd. Je houdt scherp toezicht op de inrichting van toegangsrechten, conditional access en MFA, en signaleert proactief afwijkingen.
