Jouw opdracht

  • Je geeft leiding aan ons IT-team (helpdesk, ontwikkelaars en infrastructuurverantwoordelijke) en zorgt voor een sterke samenwerking.
  • Je detecteert kansen om processen, systemen en dienstverlening digitaal te verbeteren en zet deze om in concrete acties.
  • Je coördineert ICT-projecten van A tot Z en bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Je optimaliseert (samen met interne en externe partners) onze hardware-omgeving en zorgt voor een stabiele IT-infrastructuur.
  • Je verbetert onze softwareomgeving, zowel maatwerk als externe toepassingen.
  • Je volgt technologische evoluties op en onderzoekt welke tools en oplossingen een meerwaarde bieden.
  • Je vraagt offertes op, onderhandelt met leveranciers en bereidt aankoopdossiers en aanbestedingen voor.
  • Je versterkt ons informatieveiligheidsbeleid en houdt cybersecurity scherp in het vizier.

Jouw kwaliteiten

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in IT, industriële wetenschappen‑ICT, handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en communiceert vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het coördineren van digitale transities of denkt hiervoor over de nodige knowhow en motivatie te beschikken.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en vertaalt ideeën naar duidelijke projectplannen.
  • Je hebt een stevige basis in IT‑infrastructuur, netwerken, Microsoft 365, Intune en Azure.
  • Je hebt kennis van programmeren, databases en security (authenticatie, beveiliging).
  • Je coacht graag collega's en haalt het beste uit je team.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt vlot overzicht over meerdere projecten.
  • Je voelt je betrokken bij onze missie: kwaliteitsvolle zorg aan huis.
