Binnen ZAS zorgt onze ICT afdeling met 135 collega’s voor een vlot draaiende, betrouwbare digitale omgeving voor meer dan 10.000 medewerkers. Als ICT medewerker gebruikersinfrastructuur, ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen over gebruik en beschikbaarheid van onze eindapparatuur. Je installeert, onderhoudt en herstelt je werkplekken, zodat iedereen optimaal kan blijven werken. Je ondersteunt en informeert collega’s via de servicedesktool en schakelt bij complexere issues door naar de juiste teams.

WAT?

OVER DE JOB

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt van het ICT GI (gebruikersinfrastructuur) team – Je registreert en behandelt incidenten en werkorders, en lost 1ste lijn hardware- en softwareproblemen snel en professioneel op.
  • Je schakelt efficiënt met specialisten – Wanneer nodig verwijs je door naar de juiste experts voor verdere opvolging.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere communicatie – Je informeert de verschillende ZAS-teams over ICT-werkzaamheden en updates.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je team – Onder leiding van het afdelingshoofd draag je bij aan een vlotte dienstverlening.
  • Je draagt bij aan continue verbetering – Door jouw inzet help je de ICT-dienst te optimaliseren en kwaliteit hoog te houden.

OVER JOU

  • Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs of gelijkwaardige ervaring – Je kent de basis van informatica en bij voorkeur ook ziekenhuisinformatica.
  • Je bent een kei in probleemoplossing – Je pakt technische issues snel en vakkundig aan.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht – Je volgt procedures stipt en functioneert goed zelfstandig binnen het team.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler – Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt constructief samen en bent flexibel voor avond- en weekenddiensten.
  • Je respecteert privacy en beroepsgeheim – Integriteit en verantwoordelijkheid staan voor jou voorop.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk – Je brengt technische info helder over aan collega’s en gebruikers.
