Vanuit ons kantoor in Yerseke helpen we organisaties met slimme oplossingen voor cyberveiligheid, werkplekbeheer en telefonie. Met een team van 30 fijne collega's combineren we technische kennis met een nuchtere Zeeuwse mentaliteit: eerlijk, betrouwbaar en doen wat we beloven. Onze kracht zit in het vertalen van technologische ontwikkelingen naar praktische oplossingen die klanten écht verder helpen. Daarbij staan persoonlijke aandacht, vertrouwen en langdurige samenwerkingen centraal. Ook voor onze medewerkers. Bij Zeeuws Zakelijk krijg je vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. We zetten in op korte lijnen, open bedrijfsvoering en een goede werksfeer. Jouw nieuwe uitdaging Als ICT Service Engineer is geen dag hetzelfde. De ene dag los je complexe IT-vraagstukken op en beheer je Microsoft 365-, server- en netwerkomgevingen. De volgende dag voer je bij een klant een migratie uit, implementeer je een nieuwe oplossing of lever je een project op. Je bent dé technische specialist voor onze klanten. Je pakt ICT-vraagstukken zelfstandig op, voert projecten van A tot Z uit en zorgt ervoor dat systemen optimaal blijven draaien. Vanuit ons NOC/SOC houd je netwerken en systemen in de gaten, signaleer je verbeterkansen en denk je proactief mee over oplossingen die klanten verder helpen. Je werkt samen met klanten en collega's. Daarbij houden we rekening met elkaars planning en projecten. Ben jij bezig met een implementatie of migratie? Dan nemen collega's de ad-hoc werkzaamheden over, zodat jij je volledig kunt focussen op het succesvol afronden van jouw project. Heldere communicatie is hierin belangrijk.
