Op onze kosten volg je vanuit Apeldoorn klassikale trainingen van vier maanden en kun je je kennis daarna gemiddeld acht maanden toepassen in de praktijk, met training-on-the-job. Bij het succesvol afronden van het Java traineeship bieden we je een vast dienstverband aan op een van de grootste ICT-afdelingen van Nederland. - Bachelor-hbo - 36 uur - ICT - € 3.333,- / € 4.457,- bruto p.m. - Apeldoorn - Reageer t/m 22 november 2026 Dit doe je tijdens jouw traineeship Als Java-trainee word je opgeleid voor de rol van junior Java developer bij de Belastingdienst. Je volgt in vier maanden klassikale Java SE 25, Jakarta EE 11, Angular 23 & OpenShift trainingen die wordt verzorgd door ervaren docenten. Ook jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling komt aan bod door het volgen van enkele softskill-trainingen. Na deze periode ga je de opgedane kennis gedurende gemiddeld acht maanden in teamverband in de praktijk toepassen en verder uitbreiden, onder de hoede van experts binnen jouw vakgebied. Je bent werkzaam in een multidisciplinair scrumteam ineen Java-werkomgeving. Je leert dan applicatiecomponenten op basis van ontwerpspecificaties bouwen en (unit)testen realiseren. Je wordt gecoacht en begeleid door een medior of senior Java developer die jou laat groeien in het vak. Als je na dit traject goed functioneert en het vereiste OCP examen en certificering hebt behaald, bieden we je een vast dienstverband als junior Java developer aan.
