Lokaal bestuur Bierbeek is het geheel van gemeente- en OCMW-diensten die zich dag in dag uit inzetten om warme en toegankelijke dienstverlening te organiseren voor alle inwoners van Bierbeek.

Wat doet een ‘ICT-verantwoordelijke’ in Bierbeek ?

Als ICT-verantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met informatica en digitale infrastructuur te maken heeft binnen onze organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze systemen veilig, betrouwbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk functioneren, zodat collega’s en burgers optimaal kunnen werken en communiceren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert en onderhoudt het volledige ICT-netwerk, de telefooncentrale, hardware en software binnen het lokaal bestuur.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige en stabiele digitale omgeving (netwerkbeheer, back-ups, antivirus, toegangsrechten).
  • Je biedt eerstelijns- en tweedelijnsondersteuning aan collega’s bij ICT-problemen.
  • Je coördineert ICT-projecten zoals implementatie van nieuwe toepassingen, migraties en digitaliseringsinitiatieven (vb. vernieuwing wifi-infrastructuur, uitrol M365,…)
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne diensten en externe partners om ICT-processen efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je volgt technologische evoluties op en adviseert over verbeteringen en investeringen.

Je staat er niet alleen voor!

Hoewel je als ICT-verantwoordelijke een éénmansdienst vormt, werk je samen met een netwerk van collega’s, leveranciers en diensthoofden. Je kunt rekenen op de steun van het diensthoofd Algemene Zaken, onze algemeen directeur én de schepen van digitalisering. Zij geven richting aan het beleid en zorgen voor de nodige feedback bij ICT-gerelateerde beslissingen.

Kortom: jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor ICT, maar samen zorgen we voor een moderne en veilige digitale omgeving!

Als ICT-verantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met informatica te maken heeft binnen onze gemeente. Je zorgt voor:

  • Eerste- en tweedelijns ICT-support (hard- en software),
  • Beheer van onze basisinfrastructuur zoals netwerk en servers, telefooncentrale,…
  • Opvolging en medewerking aan ICT-projecten, zoals o.a. de vernieuwing van de wifi-infrastructuur, uitrol M365.

Je combineert technische kennis met een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt mee over verbeteringen en vernieuwingen. Dankzij jou blijven onze systemen veilig, stabiel en klaar voor de toekomst.

Diplomavoorwaarden

Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Wie niet in het bezit is van een bachelorsdiploma, of van een gunstig resultaat van een niveau- of capaciteitstest van max. 3 jaar oud, moet slagen voor een niveau- of capaciteitstest die afgenomen wordt door een extern bureau.
