In deze rol begeleid je klanten bij de implementatie van de software. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en voorkeuren ligt de nadruk op projectleiding, inhoudelijke inrichting of een combinatie van beide. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorgt ervoor dat het traject soepel verloopt, van de eerste afstemming tot en met de livegang. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om klantwensen te vertalen naar een passende inrichting, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit, en zorgt voor een prettige samenwerking. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en klantgerichte houding ervaren klanten de samenwerking als professioneel en waardevol. Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van interne processen en signaleert kansen om de software en dienstverlening verder te versterken. Zo lever je niet alleen een succesvolle implementatie op, maar ook duurzame impact bij de klant.
