We reageren meestal binnen een week Bij Protime helpen we organisaties slimmer om te gaan met hun tijd en hun medewerkers. Met onze WorkforceManagementsoftware ondersteunen we dagelijks duizenden gebruikers in Europa. Als Implementation Consultant speel jij daarin een sleutelrol voor de Nederlandse markt. Zodra een klant voor Protime kiest, neem jij ownership over het implementatieproces. Je analyseert processen, vertaalt klantbehoeften naar een concrete oplossing in onze software en begeleidt klanten van de eerste workshops tot een succesvolle livegang. Wat ga je doen als Implementation Consultant? Geen enkele implementatie is hetzelfde. De ene dag zit je bij een klant om processen in kaart te brengen, de andere dag configureer je onze software of geef je een training aan eindgebruikers. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je begeleidt klanten tijdens de implementatie van onze oplossingen voor tijdregistratie, personeelsplanning en workforce management. - Je analyseert de bestaande processen van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte inrichting van onze software. - Je adviseert klanten over de best mogelijke oplossing en begeleidt hen bij veranderingen in hun manier van werken. - Je configureert de software en zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor een succesvolle livegang. - Je geeft trainingen en workshops aan key users en eindgebruikers, zodat zij vlot met de software aan de slag kunnen. - Je onderhoudt contact met meerdere klanten en projecten tegelijkertijd. - Je signaleert klantbehoeften en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en nieuwe mogelijkheden. - Ook na livegang blijf je waar nodig betrokken om klanten verder te helpen.
