Zoek je een afwisselende baan waarin je drie talen gebruikt om klanten te helpen? Bij onze klant ben je de schakel tussen mensen en oplossingen.

In deze rol beantwoord je inkomende oproepen van klanten die snel een koerier nodig hebben of hulp zoeken bij dispatchingproblemen. Je lost storingen op en zorgt dat dossiers correct worden afgehandeld. Je schakelt vlot tussen telefoon, e-mail en klantensystemen. Je begint met één klant en breidt je taken uit naarmate je groeit.

Je krijgt een interne opleiding en ontwikkelt stap voor stap je vaardigheden. Zo word je de expert waar klanten op vertrouwen. Het systeem ondersteunt je met alle benodigde informatie. Je werkt samen met collega’s die je graag verder helpen en er is altijd ruimte voor een ontspannen sfeer.

Je werkt flexibel van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 6.30 en 21.00 uur en bent beschikbaar om om de week een weekenddienst te draaien.
