Wir suchen eine_n engagierte_n Industrial Engineer (m/w/d) im Bereich Material Management, der/die den Materialfluss zwischen Beschaffung und Produktion effizient steuert und unsere Fertigungsprozesse aktiv unterstützt. In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion tragen Sie mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis und Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise wesentlich zu reibungslosen Abläufen im Maschinenbauumfeld bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Materialmanagement: Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Materialflusses durch Koordination zwischen Beschaffung und Produktion

* ERP-Auftragsabwicklung: Erstellung, Betreuung und Nachverfolgung von Fertigungsaufträgen im ERP-System

* Stammdatenmanagement: Pflege, Strukturierung und laufende Optimierung von Material- und Produktionsstammdaten

* Baugruppenbetreuung: Begleitung von Baugruppen durch den Produktionsprozess sowie Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit

* Änderungsmanagement: Koordination und Umsetzung von technischen Änderungen in Stücklisten, Arbeitsplänen und Systemen

* Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Produktion und internen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionsmanagement (HTL, Meister oder vergleichbar)

* Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung im Materialmanagement, Produktionsumfeld oder ERP-gestützten Prozessen von Vorteil

* Fachkompetenz: Hohes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken im Maschinenbauumfeld

* System- & IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise ProAlpha) und Autodesk

* Struktur & Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise

* Kompetenzen: Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke sowie hohe Datenaffinität
