Als Industrial Reliability Consultant help je industriële organisaties hun assets slimmer, betrouwbaarder en toekomstbestendig te maken. Jij weet verborgen patronen in storingen en onderhoudsdata bloot te leggen en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen met direct resultaat: hogere beschikbaarheid, lagere onderhoudskosten en maximale asset performance.

Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van techniek, data-analyse en strategisch assetmanagement. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met maintenance teams, engineers en management om duurzame verbeteringen te realiseren binnen complexe industriële omgevingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van geavanceerde betrouwbaarheidsanalyses zoals RCM, FMECA, Root Cause Analysis op kritieke installaties en componenten.
  • Analyseren van onderhouds- en storingsdata om faalmechanismen, risico's en verbeterkansen inzichtelijk te maken.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van reliability- en assetmanagementstrategieën, gebaseerd op best practices en standaarden zoals ISO 55000.
  • Optimaliseren van preventieve, predictieve en condition-based onderhoudsconcepten.
  • Leiden en ondersteunen van verbetertrajecten die leiden tot aantoonbare verhoging van betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid.
  • Adviseren van maintenance managers, plantmanagement en technische teams over asset performance en risicobeheersing.
  • Ontwikkelen van dashboards, KPI-structuren en digitale tools waarmee klanten realtime inzicht krijgen in de gezondheid van hun assets.
  • Fungeren als trusted advisor voor klanten en actief bijdragen aan de verdere groei van Reliability Engineering binnen Bilfinger.
