FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Hoe ziet een dag van een industrieel elektricien eruit?

Een industrieel elektricien houd de machines in de fabriekshal draaiende! Je focust je op elektrische taken, waarbij de mechaniekers de mechanische onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor hun rekening nemen. Je installeert nieuwe elektrische industriële installaties, onderhoudt en vernieuwt bestaande elektrische installaties.

Voorbeelden van jouw takenpakket:

Elektrische motoren en bedieningscomponenten aansluiten; Aansluiten of fouten zoeken in elektrische kast; Sensoren, frequentieregelaars, schakelaars, vervangen; Fouten opsporen & ontstoren PLC programma; Kableren en aansluiten nieuwe machines;

PROFIEL Wat moet ik minstens kennen/kunnen om te starten als elektromechanieker:

Taal: Nederlands of Engels of Frans

Elektrisch

Ik kan een elektrisch schema lezen en begrijpen; Ik kan spanning, stroom, weerstand uitmeten; Ik ken de verschillende elektrische componenten (zoals automaat, verliesstroomschakelaar, thermische beveiliging, …); Ik kan noodstopcomponenten aansluiten en ontstoren; Ik kan motoren in sterdriehoek aansluiten.
