Voor een firma regio Meetjesland zijn we op zoek naar een schilder.

Heb jij oog voor detail en zorg je graag voor een perfecte afwerking? Krijg je voldoening van kwalitatief schilderwerk en wil je meewerken aan het beschermen van stevige stalen constructies? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou!

Voor een sterk bedrijf actief in de metaalconstructiebouw zoeken we een pistoolschilder / industrieel schilder die mee instaat voor de hoogwaardige afwerking en bescherming van stalen constructies. Je komt terecht in een technische werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan en waar je alle kansen krijgt om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat stalen constructies perfect voorbereid, behandeld en afgewerkt worden. Dankzij jouw vakkennis en nauwkeurigheid zijn ze optimaal beschermd en klaar voor jarenlang gebruik.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

Je bereidt stalen constructies voor op het schilderwerk en zorgt voor een correcte oppervlaktebehandeling.

Je brengt verf en beschermende coatings aan met het pistool en de borstel.

Je houdt rekening met de vereiste verfsamenstellingen, applicatietechnieken en kwaliteitsnormen.

Je staat in voor de nodige voorbereidingen én de afwerking en nazorg van het schilderproces.

Je controleert je eigen werk en waakt over een kwalitatief eindresultaat.

Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen in het conserveringsproces en helpt deze mee realiseren.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkinstructies nauwgezet op.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een technisch onderlegde vakman of vakvrouw die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en trots is op het resultaat van zijn of haar werk.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als pistoolschilder, industrieel schilder of in een gelijkaardige technische omgeving.

Je hebt een goede kennis van applicatietechnieken en verschillende verfsamenstellingen.

Je hebt bij voorkeur het certificaat BCCAA Pistoolschilder IC813 of ACQPA Option B – Application de peinture par pulvérisation.

Heb je dit nog niet op zak? Dan ben je bereid en in staat om het op korte termijn te behalen.

Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken.

Vroege ploeg: van 5.00 tot 13.15 uur. Op vrijdag werk je van 5.00 tot 12.15 uur.

Late ploeg: van 13.15 tot 21.30 uur. Op vrijdag werk je van 12.15 tot 19.30 uur.

Je hebt interesse in het beschermen en conserveren van stalen constructies.

Je staat open voor interne opleidingen om je technische kennis en vaardigheden verder aan te scherpen.

Je werkt graag samen met collega's en hecht veel belang aan nauwkeurig en kwalitatief werk.

Veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en/of Engels.

Jouw motivatie en vakmanschap maken het verschil. Je krijgt de kans om bij te leren, je expertise verder uit te bouwen en mee te werken aan kwalitatieve metaalconstructies.
