Deine Rolle Haupttätigkeiten: Lizenzen & Zugriffsrechte: Verwaltung von Softwarelizenzen für zwei KI-Werkzeuge und Koordination von Zugriffsanträgen und Berechtigungen für Nutzerinnen Inhalte & Videos: Erstellung von Trainings- und Kommunikationsmaterialien mit einem KI-Content-Tool sowie Entwicklung von kurzen Anleitungs- und Wissensvideos SharePoint: Unterstützung bei Administration und Pflege von SharePoint-Sites sowie beim Inhaltsmanagement. Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Verbesserung von Team-Kollaborationsbereichen

Ausbildung: In einem aufrechten Studium im Bereich der Informationstechnologie, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digitale Medien, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ein verwandtes Fachgebiet Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch und Deutsch von Vorteil Microsoft 365: Vertrautheit mit Teams, SharePoint, Excel und PowerPoint IT-Grundlagen: Interesse an Informationstechnologie (IT)-Betrieb, Prozessmanagement und Digital-Workplace-Technologien; Grundverständnis von Ticketingsystemen und IT-Supportprozessen von Vorteil Content-Tools: Erfahrung mit Videotools wie Synthesia ist ein Plus Kommunikation: Ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit; proaktiv, selbstmotiviert, strukturiert, zuverlässig, lernbereit und teamorientiert
