Maison de repos L'Estérel recherche un(e) infirmier(ière)!

La Résidence L'Estérel est une maison de repos et de soins appartenant au groupe Anima. Elle est située dans un cadre verdoyant à Amay et peut accueillir 170 résidents. Le groupe Anima a récemment été reconnu de nouveau comme Great Place to Work© ! Avec ce projet nous visons le bonheur de nos employés dans leur travail quotidien.

A ce moment nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un infirmier ou d'une infirmière afin de venir compléter notre belle équipe !

Qu'attendons-nous de vous?

En tant qu'infirmier/infirmière, vous êtes chargé/e de fournir des soins globaux à nos résidents afin de maintenir, d'améliorer ou de rétablir leur santé, leur bien-être et de promouvoir leur autonomie.

  • Vous effectuez des tâches de soins infirmiers telles que les actes de soins infirmiers, l'identification de l'état de santé, l'évaluation des paramètres, la préparation et l'administration des médicaments, la supervision des visites avec le médecin, etc.
  • Vous informez et soutenez les résidents et les proches sur le plan psychosocial, par exemple dans les moments difficiles ou émotionnels, mais aussi en aidant à réaliser des projets de vie
  • Vous êtes également responsable de la continuité et de la qualité des soins
  • Vous effectuez des tâches administratives liées aux résidents (tenues des plans de soins, échelles de katz, suivi journalier, encodage paramètres, etc.)

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'infirmier A1 ou A2 et d'un visa
  • Vous disposez, de préférence, d'une expérience en maison de repos
  • Vous êtes un(e) infirmier(ère) motivé(e) qui s'efforce de fournir des soins de qualité
  • Vous voulez contribuer à la création d'un foyer chaleureux pour nos résidents, dans lequel les soins sur mesure sont essentiels
  • Vous êtes empathique et attaché de l'importance à la qualité du travail et au bien-être des résidents
  • Vous êtes communicatif et capable d'écouter
  • Vous avez un grand sens des responsabilités
  • Vous respectez les règles et les accords convenus
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe
  • Vous avez des connaissances administratives et informatiques
