En nous rejoignant, vous intégrerez un service dynamique assurant trois types de prise en soins où l'expertise et la collaboration sont au cœur de notre quotidien : Stroke Unit Six lits de mid-care sont dédiés aux AVC (ischémiques ou hémorragiques) en phase aiguë, offrant une surveillance continue avec monitoring 24h/24. Grâce à des protocoles rigoureux, notamment la réalisation de thrombolyses et le suivi post-thrombectomies, nous anticipons et gérons les risques et complications pour assurer un suivi et une récupération optimaux. Neurologie aiguë Diagnostic et soins de pathologies variées comme le Parkinson, la sclérose en plaques, les troubles cognitifs, ou les méningites. Notre objectif ? Apporter une réponse rapide et efficace aux besoins de nos patients. Centre de l'épilepsie réfractaire Soins spécifiques pour enfants et adultes épileptiques réfractaires. Deux chambres sont consacrées aux soins avec vidéo-surveillance 24h/24 et EEG continu, pour des hospitalisations courtes et une orientation de prise en charge multidisciplinaire. Notre équipe infirmière pratique diverses techniques de soins spécifiques (trachéotomie, sondages, voies centrales, pansements spécialisés.) pour répondre aux besoins des patients en neurologie. Collaborer avec nos équipes médicales et paramédicales ainsi que les services de support nous permet de garantir des soins intégrés et personnalisés. Ensemble, nous faisons la différence dans le parcours de chaque patient !

Qualifications et expériences requises - Vous détenez un diplôme d'infirmier bachelier ou breveté, ou une équivalence reconnue par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles. - Vous avez une maîtrise parfaite du français (niveau B2).

Compétences essentielles - Vous êtes capables de gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches simultanément et de maintenir un environnement de travail bien structuré. - Vous savez prioriser vos tâches pour respecter les délais tout en maintenant une qualité de travail élevée. - Vous restez calmes et efficaces sous pression, en gérant les urgences et les imprévus avec sang-froid. - Vous collaborez efficacement avec les autres membres de l'équipe, en favorisant une atmosphère de travail harmonieuse. - Vous vous exprimez avec clarté, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et vous savez adapter votre style de communication à différents interlocuteurs. - Vous faites preuve de flexibilité face aux changements et vous vous adaptez rapidement à de nouvelles situations ou outils. - Vous anticipez les besoins de vos patients et prenez des initiatives pour résoudre les problèmes avant qu'ils ne surviennent. - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
