Les urgences sont la porte d'entrée de ce service , vous serez donc souvent en première ligne pour accueillir et évaluer les cas les plus variés. Vos missions : - Investigation clinique : Interpréter les signes cliniques et les résultats de tests pour établir des diagnostics précis et élaborer des plans de soins adaptés. - Gestion des cas complexes : Prendre en charge des patients nécessitant des soins complexes, y compris les transfusions. - Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les infirmiers ressources, kinés, diététiciens, et autres professionnels de santé pour offrir des soins holistiques et coordonnés. - Formation et mentorat : Participer à la formation des étudiants et des nouveaux membres de l'équipe, en partageant votre expertise et vos connaissances.

Qualifications et expériences requises : - Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme d'infirmier bachelier ou breveté ou êtes détenteur d'une équivalence de ce diplôme fournie par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles - Vous avez une connaissance parfaite du français (niveau B2) - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatique Compétences requises pour la fonction : - Analyse et déduction : Capacité à jongler avec plusieurs cas et à trouver des solutions innovantes. - Dynamisme et agilité : À l'aise avec un environnement de travail en constante évolution et capable de s'adapter rapidement aux changements. - Autonomie et proactivité : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre actif de l'équipe. - Orientation solution : Esprit tourné vers la recherche de solutions et l'amélioration continue des pratiques de soins.
