Au sein de l'équipe mobile cardio-vasculaire, vous apportez un soutien essentiel aux unités de la filière en intervenant là où votre expertise est nécessaire. Grâce à votre polyvalence et à votre capacité d'adaptation, vous contribuez à garantir la continuité, la qualité et la sécurité des soins auprès de patients pris en charge dans des unités spécialisées en cardiologie et en chirurgie cardio-vasculaire. Concrètement, vous serez amené-e à : - Intervenir dans différentes unités de la filière cardio-vasculaire en fonction des besoins du terrain. - Assurer la prise en charge de patients hospitalisés dans des environnements de soins spécialisés à forte technicité. - Réaliser les soins infirmiers requis et assurer une surveillance clinique rigoureuse. - Renforcer les équipes lors d'absences imprévues ou de périodes de forte activité. - Collaborer étroitement avec les différents professionnels impliqués dans le parcours de soins. - Contribuer activement au maintien d'une prise en charge sécurisée, humaine et de haute qualité. Qualifications et expériences requises - Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme d'infirmier bachelier ou breveté ou êtes détenteur d'une équivalence de ce diplôme fournie par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles - Vous avez une connaissance parfaite du français (niveau B2) - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques Compétences essentielles - Vous êtes capable d'assumer des responsabilités - Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et vous assurez la continuité des soins - Vous êtes soucieux de votre perfectionnement professionnel et de l'évolution de la profession infirmière - Vous aimez travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire - Vous faites preuve de capacité d'observation, de discernement et de jugement - Vous avez l'esprit d'initiative Atouts complémentaires - Vous maîtrisez une langue supplémentaire en plus des exigences de base
