Intégrer notre équipe, c'est rejoindre un service dynamique centré sur la prise en charge d'enfants et d'adolescents atteints de pathologies digestives ou suivis dans le cadre d'une greffe hépatique. Chaque jour, nous mettons nos compétences au service de parcours de soins exigeants, dans un environnement où la technique et l'accompagnement vont de pair. Ici, on soigne des petits ventres. et on soutient de grands défis médicaux. En intégrant notre équipe, vous plongerez dans un environnement dynamique où nous assurons une prise en soins variée et spécialisée : - Centre de transplantation hépatique pédiatrique : Le centre de transplantation hépatique pédiatrique est reconnu internationalement pour son expertise. Seul centre francophone de Belgique à réaliser des greffes par donneurs vivants sur des patients pédiatriques, il assure un suivi pré et post-greffe complet, représentant la majeure partie de l'activité du service.

- Gastroentérologie et chirurgie digestive : Nous assurons la prise en soins de patients atteints de maladies inflammatoires de l'intestin, d'allergies alimentaires, de pathologies pancréatiques. Nous prenons en charge également les chirurgies telles que l'appendicectomie, les hernies inguinales... C'est un service où la collaboration pluridisciplinaire est au cœur de notre quotidien ! Grâce à cette synergie, nos équipes garantissent des soins intégrés et personnalisés, travaillant main dans la main pour offrir le meilleur à nos jeunes patients et leurs familles. En nous rejoignant, vous affinerez votre expertise infirmière tout en intervenant sur des soins tels que : - La gestion de stomies et des soins associés

- La pose et surveillance de sondes nasogastriques

- Le suivi de drains abdominaux et thoraciques

- L'administration de perfusions complexes (voies périphériques, PICC lines, voies centrales, nutrition parentérale)

- Les soins de plaies et pansements complexes

- Des soins réalisés sous MEOPA, pour soulager la douleur et l'anxiété des enfants

Qualifications et expériences requises - Vous êtes en possession du diplôme d'infirmier ou d'une équivalence de ce diplôme fournie par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles - Vous avez une connaissance parfaite du français (niveau B2) Compétences essentielles - Vous êtes capable d'assumer des responsabilités - Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et vous assurez la continuité des soins - Vous êtes soucieux de votre perfectionnement professionnel et de l'évolution de la profession infirmière - Vous aimez travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire - Vous faites preuve de capacité d'observation, de discernement et de jugement - Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques - Vous avez l'esprit d'initiative Atouts complémentaires - Vous êtes titulaire de la spécialisation en pédiatrie - Vous maîtrisez une langue supplémentaire en plus du français (anglais, néerlandais, italien, espagnol, arabe, ukrainien.)
