  • Effectuer et surveiller les polysomnographies le soir
  • Veiller au respect des protocoles de sécurité et de qualité.
  • Préparation des Patients : Accueillir les patients, expliquer les procédures et les préparer pour les études du sommeil, ce qui inclut souvent le placement de capteurs et d'électrodes sur le corps
  • Conduite des Études du Sommeil : Superviser et réaliser des polysomnographies, qui sont des enregistrements détaillés des différents paramètres physiologiques pendant le sommeil (comme l'activité cérébrale, les mouvements oculaires, le tonus musculaire, la respiration, et le niveau d'oxygène dans le sang).
  • Surveillance des examens de sommeil : Observer les patients pendant leur sommeil, souvent à travers des moniteurs vidéo et en surveillant les données en temps réel, pour assurer la qualité des enregistrements et répondre à tout problème immédiat (comme des difficultés respiratoires ou des mouvements inhabituels).
  • Maintenance de l'Équipement : S'assurer que tout l'équipement utilisé pour les études du sommeil est correctement calibré et fonctionne bien.

Pour cette fonction d'Infirmier, Technologue ou Kiné au Laboratoire du Sommeil, voici le savoir faire recherché

  • Agrément de santé (Infirmier, kinésithérapeute, psychologue, technologue de biologie clinique/imagerie médicale, etc...)
  • Langue parlée : français, anglais est un atout.
  • Diplôme en Approche Pratique et Pluridisciplinaire de la Physiologie et des Pathologies de l'Eveil et du Sommeil est un atout.
  • Expérience en laboratoire du sommeil est un atout.
  • Excellentes compétences techniques et attention aux détails pour manipuler l'équipement complexe.
  • Capacité à travailler en soir et à s'adapter aux horaires variables.
  • Bonne communication et compétences interpersonnelles pour interagir avec les patients et le personnel médical.
  • Empathie et sensibilité pour travailler efficacement avec des patients et leur assurer confort et soutien.
  • Le/a candidat(e) est soucieux d'entretenir de bonnes relations avec ses collègues et les autres membres du personnel du service.
  • Dynamisme, esprit de collaboration, empathie et respect envers tous sont des qualités acquises indispensables à maintenir et à développer tout au long d'une carrière clinique.

  • Aptitude à la communication (patient, famille, équipe, ressources/collaborateurs extérieurs)
