Onze klant is een outsourcing bedrijf in maintenance, safety en process.

In het kader van onze groei zoeken we een gedreven professional die klanten helpt hun productieprocessen slimmer, betrouwbaarder en efficiënter te maken.

Als Maintenance Engineer vorm je de brug tussen techniek, data en organisatie. Je ondersteunt het interne team van onze klanten met het opmaken, opstarten en opvolgen van onderhoudsplannen. Je analyseert storingen, onderzoekt faaloorzaken (RCM, FMEA, RCA) en vertaalt inzichten naar gerichte verbeteracties.

Je voelt je thuis in onderhoudssoftware en gebruikt data om trends te ontdekken en beslissingen te onderbouwen. Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten en machine-upgrades, ondersteunt softwaregebruikers en volgt maintenance KPI’s op. Je documenteert werkinstructies, deelt kennis met techniekers en operators en rapporteert helder aan de klant.

Profiel

We zoeken een Maintenance Engineer die de kernwaarden elke dag zichtbaar maakt bij onze klanten én binnen het bedrijf:

  • EXpertise: Je werkt onderbouwd en nauwkeurig, analyseert storingen diepgaand en vertaalt faaloorzaken naar verbeterde onderhoudsstrategieën.
  • Dankzij minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring kun je zowel onderhoudsplannen als facilitair onderhoud (persluchtcompressoren, proceskoeling…) structureren, opvolgen en verbeteren.
  • Betrouwbaarheid: Je bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid in alles wat je doet. Je volgt projecten en externe keuringen zorgvuldig op en communiceert tijdig met alle betrokkenen. Klanten en collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen: je handelt consistent, komt afspraken na en rapporteert helder.
  • Samenwerking: Je beweegt vlot tussen operators, techniekers, productie, engineering en externe partners. Je creëert draagvlak, verbindt teams en begeleidt klanten in nieuwe werkwijzen en onderhoudsconcepten.
  • Respect: Je luistert naar de medewerkers van de klant en waardeert hun expertise. Je communiceert eerlijk, duidelijk en respectvol, ook wanneer ideeën of belangen verschillen. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op die gebaseerd zijn op wederzijds vertrouwen en professionaliteit, zowel bij de klant als met de collega-Madolexers.
  • Dankzij die houding ben je een gewaardeerde partner in elke productieomgeving.
