The posting

Welke uitdagingen staan jou te wachten?

  • Je staat in voor het beheer, opvolgen en optimaliseren van het predictief en preventief onderhoudsplan van onze installaties. Voor zowel rotating als statische equipments en over alle vakgebieden heen.
  • Organiseren en faciliteren van onderhoudsstrategie review sessies voor de installaties van de verschillende productieafdelingen.
  • De technische database verder op punt zetten en up to date houden.
  • Predictief onderhoud opvolgen en bijsturen in samenwerking met de uitvoerders.
  • Monitoren en analyseren van de conditie van de installaties aan de hand van online sensoren data. Olie- & filtratie management.
  • Als Key-user van het onderhoudsbeheerssysteem (SAP) verbeter je het gebruik ervan en geef je de nodige ondersteuning aan de eindgebruikers.

  • Dankzij jouw Master Industriële Wetenschappen en (eerste) ervaring in een industriële omgeving weet je het hoofd te bieden aan onze technische uitdagingen.
  • Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden typeren jou, samen met een vlotte communicatiestijl.
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het analyseren, verwerken en structureren van data.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om je te verdiepen in onderhoudsmethodologieën.
  • Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en kunt jouw tijd uitstekend indelen om deadlines zelfstandig te bewaken.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een onderhoudsbeheerssysteem – bij voorkeur heb je ervaring binnen een SAP-omgeving.
