Zur Erweiterung unseres ExpertInnen Teams in Leonding suchen wir ab sofort 1 INHOUSE IT-SUPPORT ENGINEER (w/m/d) DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Kompetenter Support via Telefon, Ticketsystem und vor Ort für die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur

* Verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Betrieb von Clients und Peripherie in einem

Team von eingespielten IT-Kollegen

* Betreuung und Konfiguration der Client-Software, -Hardware und Business-Anwendungen

(Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

* Aktive Mitgestaltung von IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Hardware, Software und Digitalisierung

* Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten nach den ersten Monaten (= extra Entlohnung)

DEIN PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Umgebungen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory und Windows Server

* Kenntnisse von Skript-Technologien wie z.B.: PowerShell, CMD oder Azure Automation

* Zumindest Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik, Virtualisierung und Linux

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
