Mensen verbinden, talent laten groeien en mee bouwen aan een sterk familiebedrijf: spreekt dit jou aan? Voor een gezond en groeiend familiebedrijf actief in retail en voedingsproductie, zoeken wij een gedreven Inhouse Recruiter voor de hoofdzetel in Dilsen-Stokkem.

Als Inhouse Recruiter ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor toekomstig talent en speel je een sleutelrol in het verder uitbouwen van het team.

Jouw taken:

  • Begeleiden van kandidaten doorheen het volledige rekruteringsproces, van eerste contact tot aanwerving
  • Actieve sourcing van talent via LinkedIn, jobbeurzen, scholen en online media
  • Kandidaten enthousiasmeren om te kiezen voor ons familiebedrijf
  • Onboardingtraject begeleiden en zorgen voor een warme start van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Meedenken over rekrutering en employer branding
  • Ondersteunen van het HR-team bij andere HR-taken waar nodig
  • Mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen HR en recruitment
  • Minstens 2 jaar recente ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Vlot in Nederlands, goede basiskennis van Frans
  • Ervaring met VDAB, LinkedIn-rekrutering en andere sourcingtools
  • Sterk communicatief, commercieel ingesteld en kandidaatgericht
  • Creatief in het bedenken van rekruteringstrategieën en employer branding
