Unsere evangelischen Kindergärten verstehen sich als familienergänzende Einrichtungen, die neueste Erkenntnisse der Entwicklungspsychologie und Pädagogik für ihre Arbeit nützen. Supervision, fortlaufende Schulungen und professionelle Begleitung der Kindergartenteams erachten wir als selbstverständlich für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen.

Zur Unterstützung unserer Teams suchen wir derzeit mit ehestmöglichen Eintritt 1 Inklusive:n Elementarpädagog:in im Ausmaß von 30 - 40 Wochenstunden (je nach Vereinbarung).

Wir bieten dir:

* Die Möglichkeit, das Konzept der integrativen Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung im bestehenden Team mitzugestalten

* Die Sicherheit und Professionalität einer erfahrenen Organisation inkl. einer bedarfsentsprechenden Unterstützung durch die Pädagogische Leitung, Fachberatung und die mobile Entwicklungsbegleiter:in der Diakonie Bildung

* Ein motiviertes Standortteam und ansprechende moderne Räumlichkeiten sowie Materialien, die besondere Bedürfnisse beeinträchtigter Kinder berücksichtigen

* Die Möglichkeit, sich mit neuen Ideen einzubringen

* Supervision und spannende Fortbildungen z.B .in unserer eigenen Bildungsakademie

* Ein monatliches Bruttogehalt (14x jährlich) für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) abhängig von der Anrechnung deiner Vordienstzeiten von EUR 3.171,- bis EUR 3.681,-.

* Eine Zulage für geprüfte inklusive Elementarpädagog:innen in der Höhe von monatlich € 279,- brutto

* Du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als inklusive Elementarpädagog:in mitbringst

* Du die gemeinsame Betreuung und Förderung beeinträchtigter und nicht beeinträchtigter Kinder als gegenseitigen Gewinn siehst

* Du ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit hinsichtlich der Planungs- und Dokumentationsaufgaben mitbringst

* Du Freude am Mitgestalten hast

* Du deine Arbeit gern reflektierst und den Wunsch hast, dich laufend weiterzubilden

* Kinderschutz für dich höchste Priorität hat. All unsere Mitarbeiter:innen erhalten Kinderschutz-Schulungen.
