Als inkoop coördinator combineer je inkoop, data en procesoptimalisatie met een coördinerende rol binnen een internationale technische organisatie. Industrie Omgeving Ede 3.700 tot €5.800 Functieomschrijving Als inkoop coördinator ben je de rechterhand van de team lead en ondersteun je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het inkoopteam. Je beheert gegevens in het ERP systeem, bewaakt de datakwaliteit en ontwikkelt rapportages en dashboards voor het monitoren van KPI's. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij leveranciersselectie, contractafspraken en leveranciersbeoordelingen. Je werkt aan het verbeteren en vastleggen van inkoopprocessen en stemt regelmatig af met andere afdelingen. Bij afwezigheid van de team lead neem je de operationele aansturing van het team over. Wat wij jou bieden Een veelzijdige functie waarin inkoop, procesverbetering en coördinatie samenkomen. Wat wij van jou verwachten Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en weet collega's op een natuurlijke manier mee te nemen. Daarbij verwachten wij van jou: - Je beschikt over een afgeronde hbo opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in bedrijfskunde of supply chain management. - Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring binnen inkoop of supply chain. - Je hebt gevorderde kennis van ERP systemen en Excel. - Je hebt ervaring met rapportages en dashboards, bijvoorbeeld in Power BI. - Je beschikt over sterke analytische en cijfermatige vaardigheden. - Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt collega's functioneel aansturen. - Ervaring binnen automotive of een hightech productieomgevi...
