Als Inkoop Coördinator AGF & Vers werk je met productgroepen die dagelijks in miljoenen boodschappenmandjes belanden. Je bevindt je in het hart van de organisatie en schakelt voortdurend met leveranciers, collega's en aangesloten supermarktorganisaties. Daarbij speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van kwaliteit, prijzen en marktontwikkelingen. Wat ga je doen? Onze vers-en AGF-producten liggen in meer dan 1.500 Nederlandse supermarkten van onze aangesloten leden. De afdeling inkoop zorgt ervoor dat deze producten tegen de beste kwaliteit, versheid en prijs worden ingekocht. Als Inkoop Coördinator ben jij dé onmisbare spil die het inkoopproces begeleidt en ondersteunt. In deze functie heb je contact met leveranciers en beheer je contracten. Je bent op de hoogte van trends en veranderingen in de vers- en AGF-markt, en verzamelt relevante marktinformatie via onze datasystemen en bezoeken aan de leveranciers samen met de Inkoper. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het verzorgen van een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - Het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, leden en interne stakeholders; - Het verzamelen en analyseren van marktinformatie; - Het vergelijken en beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers; - Het ondersteunen bij contractbeheer; - Het uitvoeren en coördineren van producttesten; - Het verwerken en controleren van inkoopprijzen en condities; - Het signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en commerciële kansen. - Het voorbereiden van onderhandelingen, analyseren van offertes, opvolgen van afspraken, bewaken van contractvoorwaard...
