Achter de dagelijkse dienstverlening gaat een omvangrijke bedrijfsvoering schuil, waarin ICT, HR en diverse ondersteunende diensten essentieel zijn. De inkoopafdeling speelt een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van organisatiedoelstellingen. Je werkt samen met inkopers, contractmanagers en andere specialisten en hebt veel contact met interne opdrachtgevers en externe leveranciers. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jouw expertise in te zetten bij complexe vraagstukken. Tegelijkertijd kun je sparren met ervaren collega's en bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de inkoopfunctie. Over de functie Als Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor uiteenlopende inkooptrajecten binnen de categorieën ICT, HR en ondersteunende diensten. Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van strategie, commercie en contractmanagement en weet de behoeften van de organisatie te vertalen naar passende inkoopoplossingen. Je begeleidt trajecten van de eerste marktverkenning tot de uiteindelijke contractonderhandeling en implementatie. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne stakeholders, leveranciers en collega's binnen het inkoopteam. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën voor jouw categorieën; - Het zelfstandig begeleiden van inkooptrajecten en Europese aanbestedingen; - Het analyseren van de markt en identificeren van kansen en risico's; - Het opstellen van aanbestedingsdocumenten en beoordelen van offertes; - Het voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen met leveranciers; - Het bewaken van contractuele, juridische en financiële afspraken; - Het adviseren van interne stakeholders over inkoopvraagst...
