Over de functie Als junior inkoper bij J.P. van Eesteren krijg je de kans om het inkoopvak in de praktijk te leren. Je werkt mee aan projecten die vaak plaatsvinden in een bestaande omgeving en waarbij duurzaamheid, zorgvuldigheid, flexibiliteit en samenwerking cruciaal zijn. Je ondersteunt bij het inkopen van materialen, diensten en onderaannemers en leert stap voor stap hoe je dit zelfstandig en met het team op pakt. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren inkopers en projectteams bestaande uit projectleiders, werkorganisatoren en uitvoerders. Vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de realisatie ben jij betrokken en leer je hoe je overzicht houdt, structuur aanbrengt en duidelijke afspraken maakt binnen onze procedures. Jouw taken: - Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van inkoopstrategieën voor onze bouwprojecten en krijgt hierin de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen; - Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij het selecteren en beoordelen van leveranciers en onderaannemers, waarbij je scherp let op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en prijs; - Je bereidt inkoopgesprekken en onderhandelingen voor en je groeit stap voor stap naar het zelfstandig voeren van deze gesprekken; - Je zorgt dat afspraken over planning, prijs en contractvoorwaarden helder worden vastgelegd én bewaakt dat iedereen zich eraan houdt; - Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en ...
