Voor de productie van honderden verschillende cosmeticaproducten kopen we grondstoffen, verpakkingen en andere materialen in bij leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland. Als Inkoper zorg jij ervoor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan alleen de bestelling: je vergelijkt prijzen en leveranciers, signaleert kansen en risico's en gaat steeds zelfstandiger het gesprek met leveranciers aan. Hoeveel verantwoordelijkheid je krijgt, hangt af van je ervaring. We zoeken zowel iemand die een volgende stap in zijn of haar inkoopcarrière wil zetten als een inkoper die al enkele jaren ervaring heeft en verder wil groeien. Wat ga je doen? Binnen ons Inkoopteam combineer je operationele en commerciële inkoopactiviteiten. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega's van onder andere Demand en Operational Planning, Project Management, Quality en Sales. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - plaatsen en opvolgen van inkooporders; - bewaken van levertijden, prijzen en gemaakte afspraken; - onderhouden van contact met leveranciers; - aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes; - ondersteunen bij en zelfstandig uitvoeren van onderhandelingen; - signaleren van prijsontwikkelingen, leveringsrisico's en besparingsmogelijkheden; - bijdragen aan leveranciersselecties en sourcingtrajecten; - oplossen van afwijkingen en verbeteren van inkoopprocessen. Je krijgt de ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken. Complexere commerciële trajecten pak je samen met een Senior Inkoper of de Manager Inkoop op. Wie zoeken wij?
