In deze rol combineer je operationele inkoop met het doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Mosadex is een grote speler in de farmaceutische zorg en retailmarkt. Dagelijks werken we met duizenden professionals aan het versterken van apotheken, het verbeteren van medicatieveiligheid en het ondersteunen van apotheekteams met slimme digitale en logistieke oplossingen. Bij Mosadex geloven we in samenwerken, vernieuwen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor kwalitatieve zorg. 1 Mosadex. Samen voor de beste apotheek van Nederland. Binnen Apotheek Voorzorg werk je samen met een betrokken team van inkoopprofessionals aan een optimale beschikbaarheid van geneesmiddelen en zorgproducten. Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers, interne stakeholders en collega's binnen de organisatie. De afdeling is volop in ontwikkeling en werkt aan verdere professionalisering, waarbij steeds meer wordt gestuurd op data, procesverbetering en slimme werkwijzen. De sfeer is informeel en open: collega's helpen elkaar vooruit, leren van gemaakte fouten en krijgen de ruimte om ideeën aan te dragen en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk in de praktijk te brengen. Daarbij vinden we het belangrijk dat we elkaar kunnen aanspreken, kennis delen en samen blijven ontwikkelen. Wat ga je bij ons doen? Als Tactisch Inkoper draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige beschikbaarheid van geneesmiddelen en zorgproducten. Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, collega's en interne stakeholders en helpt de organisatie om inkoopprocessen verder te ontwikkelen.
