Dan is de rol van Inkoper bijGevelliften.nlin Veenendaal de plek waar jij tot je recht komt. Als Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige voorraad- en inkoopproces binnen onze organisatie. Je beheert de voorraad, optimaliseert processen en draagt bij aan een professionelere en meer strategische inkoopfunctie. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationeel manager. Daarnaast beheer je het ERP: je houdt relaties actueel, maakt nieuwe artikelnummers aan en verwerkt orderbevestigingen. Je kijkt verder dan de dagelijkse operatie; door inkoop- en voorraaddata te analyseren signaleer je kansen om processen slimmer, sneller en betrouwbaarder te maken. Zo draag je actief bij aan efficiënter voorraadbeheer, betere transportstromen en hogere leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Beheren, controleren en actueel houden van de volledige voorraad; - Materialen inkopen, prijsafspraken maken met leveranciers en controleren en levertijden bewaken; - Correct en volledig werken in ERP (Ridder), inclusief relatie- en artikelbeheer; - Collega's aanspreken op voorraadafwijkingen; - Afstemming met collega's werkvoorbereiding, verkoop en planning in Veenendaal; - Verbeterkansen signaleren en bijdragen aan de professionalisering van inkoop en logistiek. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - 3-5 jaar ervaring in inkoop, logistiek of voorraadbeheer; - Hbo- werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek, techniek of inkoop; - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in bedrijfskunde, commerciële economie of logistics management is een pré; - Ervaring met een ERP-systeem en/of kennis van Ridder is eveneens een pré; - Nauwkeurig en procesgericht; je durft collega's aan te spreken op afwijk...
