Bij Riedel werk je in een informele organisatie met korte lijnen, waar we zelf onze producten ontwikkelen, produceren en op de markt zetten, en waar jouw ideeen direct impact hebben.Dan is de rol van Inkoper bij Riedel jou op het lijf geschreven. Waar ga je werken? Bij Riedel staan we iedere dag voor de opdracht om de lekkerste fruitige dranken te maken. Je kent ons bijvoorbeeld van DubbelFrisss, CoolBest, Appelsientje en vele andere merken. Wij doen dit al ruim 50 jaar in Ede met onze eigen productie. Dit maakt het werken bij Riedel gelijk bijzonder. Wij hebben namelijk alles op één plek. Van de productontwikkeling, productie, marketing en verkoop (en alles daartussen en daaromheen). Wij houden van snelle beslissingen, persoonlijk leiderschap en iedere dag lol en afwisseling. We zijn daarom op zoek naar iemand die net zo ondernemend is als wij en Riedel wil blijven laten groeien. Wat doe je als Inkoper bij Riedel? Als Inkoper bij Riedel ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor een aantal inkooppakketten, zowel productgerelateerd als niet productgerelateerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de inkoopstrategie binnen diverse categorieën. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met leveranciers, realiseert kostenbesparingen en borgt contractuele afspraken. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega inkopers en mensen van andere afdelingen en springt bij waar nodig. Het ene moment ben je hands on bezig om een acuut leveringsprobleem op te lossen, het andere moment voer je een strategisch gesprek met een leverancier. Je haalt energie uit die afwisseling en bent gedreven om voor Riedel de beste deal te sluiten, zonder de relatie met de leverancier uit het oog te verliezen.
