Vacature Inkoper (24-32 uur per week, tijdelijk) Ben jij iemand die graag verder kijkt dan alleen je eigen afdeling? Wij zoeken een inkoper die niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook meedenkt. Iemand die leveranciersrelaties verder ontwikkelt, kansen ziet voor optimalisatie en vanuit een breed bedrijfsbelang beslissingen neemt. Je bent een verbindende schakel tussen leveranciers, productie, logistiek en sales en draagt actief bij aan het succes van de organisatie. Je begrijpt de impact van inkoopbeslissingen op de organisatie als geheel en weet kansen te signaleren om processen, kosten en samenwerking te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als inkoper ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig en scherp inkopen van al onze materialen, grondstoffen en diensten. Je rapporteert aan de manager inkoop- en voorraadbeheer en werkt nauw samen met verkoop, voorraadbeheer, productie en expeditie. Je onderhoudt relaties met leveranciers, onderhandelt over prijs- en leveringsvoorwaarden en kijkt continu naar mogelijkheden om processen, kosten en samenwerking te verbeteren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het inkopen van materialen, halffabricaten en diensten die nodig zijn voor onze productie. - Onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van relaties met leveranciers. - Onderhandelen over prijzen, leveringsvoorwaarden en andere afspraken. - Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid van materialen en tijdig signaleren van mogelijke knelpunten. - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het inkoopproces en de gehele supply chain. - Samenwerken met collega's van productie, logistiek en sales. - Analyseren van processen en signaleren van kansen om kosten, kwaliteit en samenwerking te verbeteren. - Werken met ERP-systemen en geautomatiseerde bedrijfsprocessen. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de inkoop en begrijpt hoe jouw beslissingen invloed hebben op de rest van de organisatie. Wie zoeken wij? Jij bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen.
