Als Inkoper Projectgronden ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de groei van een ambitieuze projectontwikkelaar. Jij scant de markt, bouwt sterke relaties uit en onderhandelt de beste deals, van eerste contact tot ondertekende overeenkomst. Met jouw vastgoedkennis en commerciële scherpte bepaal jij mee waar de woningen van morgen verrijzen.

Als Inkoper Projectgronden sta je in voor volgend takenpakket:

  • Identificeren en evalueren van potentiële projectgronden en afbraakpanden in de regio Antwerpen en/of Vlaams-Brabant
  • Uitvoeren van vooronderzoek en haalbaarheidsstudies, inclusief marktanalyses en rentabiliteitsberekeningen
  • Organiseren en leiden van commerciële afspraken met grondeigenaren, makelaars en andere stakeholders
  • Onderhandelen en opstellen van overeenkomsten met optimale voorwaarden
  • Uitbouwen van een sterk netwerk met notarissen, gemeentebesturen en eigenaars
  • Proactief inspelen op marktevoluties en trends in de vastgoedsector

  • Beschikt over relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Heeft een sterke kennis van vastgoed, specifiek stedenbouw en ruimtelijke ordening
  • Beschikt over uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en commerciële flair
  • Kan zelfstandig werken, is doelgericht en bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
