Als Innovatie Ingenieur neem jij het voortouw bij het naadloos vertalen van specifieke klantnoden naar feilloze, industriële ontwerpen.

  • Je tekent en verbetert verpakkingslijnen van begin tot eind, waardoor de klant een oplossing krijgt die perfect op zijn eigen productieproces aansluit.
  • Complexe aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties werk je tot in de puntjes uit. Dit resulteert direct in een hogere efficiëntie en tijdswinst voor de eindgebruiker.
  • Bestaande machines in het gamma krijgen door jouw toedoen een welverdiende update, zodat het aanbod altijd vooruitloopt op de nieuwste markttrends.
  • Nieuwe ontwerpen test je onmiddellijk op de werkvloer. Hierdoor creëer je een snelle, kwalitatieve feedbackloop en kan je het eindresultaat van jouw werk meteen in actie zien.
  • Dankzij regelmatig en transparant overleg met productie- en softwarecollega's garandeer je ontwerpen die niet alleen vernieuwend zijn, maar ook perfect maakbaar en veilig.

Profiel:

Jouw toekomstige collega's zoeken een gemotiveerde Innovatie Ingenieur die proactief meedenkt en oplossingen ziet waar anderen obstakels ervaren.

  • Je beschikt over een technisch masterdiploma, waarbij jouw intrinsieke motivatie om te groeien absoluut doorweegt op het aantal jaren ervaring.
  • Analytisch inzicht combineer je moeiteloos met een scherpe 3D-visie om zo tot slimme, toekomstgerichte verpakkingsoplossingen te komen.
  • Problemen oplossen zit in je natuur en dankzij een nuchtere mentaliteit speel je vlot in op onverwachte wendingen in een ontwerptraject.
  • Ervaring met een geavanceerd tekenpakket zoals Siemens NX vormt een mooie troef, net als een sterke beheersing van het Nederlands en het Engels.
